Called office four times over two week period (in late August). Each time the receptionist told me Mr Beasley was busy and would call me back regarding a needed repair on our system; no one ever returned the call. On the fourth try I was told someone would come out and check the problem on Thursday....no one ever showed up. Very unprofessional way to run a business!
